88rb Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 88rb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided by 88rb, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, bonus programmes, and customer support services.

88rb reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time — including during registration, following a withdrawal request, or following any period of account inactivity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 88rb platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a valid email address. • All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. 88rb does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

• 88rb does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently of 88rb.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Bonus-related wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

In the event of a system error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game session, the round in progress at the time of the interruption will be handled in accordance with the relevant game studio's disconnection and error policy. Where no recovery is possible, the at-risk stake may be returned to the player's account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88rb platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own details or using the details of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or when communicating with the support team.

88rb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security precautions were not taken by you.
